Charity Connector currently supports JustGiving, PayPal, FundraiseUp, Stripe, Donorbox and Raiser's Edge.
We're always working to add more integrations, so this list will grow. If your charity uses a different donation platform, please contact us to see if support is planned.
The sync frequency depends on your charity's plan.
- Every hour — for real-time insight and frequent updates.
- Every 4 hours — a balanced option for most charities.
- Once a day — ideal for smaller charities or lower data volumes.
Charity Connector is an invitation-only platform. Accounts are created by administrators for verified charity partners.
We take data protection seriously. Charity Connector follows UK GDPR principles and applies strict technical and procedural safeguards including:
- Encryption of all personal data and API credentials in the database.
- Mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.
- Session timeouts after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Audit logging of all user actions and configuration changes.
- Strict Content Security Policy (CSP) and rate limiting on sensitive routes.
